Why it's dangerous
Electric shock
The product lacks adequate insulation between the primary and secondary circuits. The USB port can become live. Consequently, the user may receive an electric shock.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60335-1.
