PREPHONE USB charger withdrawn from the market over electric-shock risk

Why it's dangerous
Electric shock
The product has inadequate insulation. Furthermore, due to the undersized plug bridge face, the plug does not fit securely into sockets, creating a hazard where a user's finger can touch live pins during insertion, which could lead to electric shock.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60335-1.
