Why it's dangerous
Choking
The balloon contains small parts (the lip in the neck of the balloon and the confetti inside) that can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
