Why it's dangerous

Electric shock

First scenario: The creepage distances and clearances between live parts and accessible parts of the insulation of the terminal block are too small, live parts may be accessible. Second scenario: In case the product is connected to external wiring that is too thin, the user can touch, the front side of the screw terminal and receive an electric shock. Third scenario: The manufacturer's instructions suggest that the product can be installed with two wires under a screw terminal. This may cause sparking and lead to a fire.
