Why it's dangerous
The solders in the product have an excessive concentration of lead (measured value up to 80 % by weight). Lead poses a risk to the environment. Moreover, the plastic material of the product has an excessive concentration of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 7.5 % by weight). This phthalate may harm the health by causing possible damage to the reproductive system.
