Why it's dangerous
The solders in the product have an excessive concentration of lead (measured values up to 40% by weight respectively). The plastic material of the cable has an excessive concentration of DEHP (measured values up to 0.18% by weight respectively). Lead poses a risk to the environment. DEHP and DBP may harm the health by causing possible damage to the reproductive system and to the environment.
