Why it's dangerous
Injuries
Premature screw wear at the gated ventral attachment point could cause the attachment point to accidentally come open during use. This could lead the user to fall and suffer serious or fatal injuries.
The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation.
