Why it's dangerous
Cuts
The rivets connecting the tool's central support and the metallic chains can easily break. The teeth might consequently detach during use and hit the or user or bystanders causing injuries.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive nor with the Commission Decision 2012/32/EU prohibiting the placing on the market of flail-type cutting attachments for portable hand-held brush cutters.
