Why it's dangerous
The product has an excessive concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), ) notably Benzo (a)pyrene (BaP), Benzo (e)pyrene (BeP), Benz (a)anthracene (BaA), Chrysene (CHR), Benzo (b)fluoranthene (BbFA), Benzo (j)fluoranthene (BjFA, Benzo (k)fluoranthene (BkFA), and Dibenz(a,h)anthracene (DBAhA) (measured values: 73.2 mg/kg, 57.3 mg/kg, 37.8 mg/kg, 37.8 mg/kg, 21.8 mg/kg, 9 mg/kg, 9.5 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg by weight respectively). These PAHs may cause cancer and are also mutagenic and toxic for reproduction.
