Why it's dangerous
Entrapment
The child may rotate the toy’s wheel by hand while the toy is upside down on the ground, trapping their finger in the gap between the wheel and the metal part on top.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
